Subject -The powers

powers of State CID flows from provisions in respect
of criminal investigation and procedure contained in
various general laws, local laws and special laws inforce.
In respect of Govt Administrative and financial function
and duties powers are derived from various circulars,
G.R. orders etc of Govt. and Head of Department.
